My own life changed not through force, but through learning how to slow down, regulate my nervous system, and listen inwardly.

Through breath, awareness, and subtle energy work, I rebuilt trust with my body — and from that place, meaningful transformation followed, including releasing 30kg in a steady, sustainable way.

Alongside lived experience, I am certified in life and mindset coaching and breathwork.

I bring both training and intuitive, embodied practice into each session.

My work is shaped by lived experience, not theory alone.

For many years, I felt disconnected from my body, overwhelmed by life, and stuck in patterns that no longer supported me.

Change didn’t come through force or discipline — it came through learning how to slow down, listen, and work gently with my nervous system.

Through breath, awareness, and subtle energy work, I began to feel safe in my body again. From that place, meaningful change followed naturally.

Over time, I transformed my relationship with myself, my health, and my way of living — including releasing 30kg in a steady, sustainable way.

What I discovered is simple, but profound:
When the body feels supported, change doesn’t need to be pushed.

Today, I offer Breath & Being as a calm, practical space for others to reconnect with themselves. My approach is gentle, grounded, and intuitive — supporting regulation, presence, and transformation that unfolds at its own pace.

Alongside lived experience, I am certified in life and mindset coaching and breathwork, and my work is informed by both training and intuitive, embodied practice.

Breath & Being Journey — 4 Weeks

A gentle rhythm of support over time.

The Breath & Being Journey is a four-week private container offering continuity, integration, and space for meaningful change.

Through weekly sessions, breath and awareness become steady supports — allowing calm to deepen and shifts to unfold naturally, without pressure or force. This container supports regulation, presence, and the integration of new ways of being into daily life.

Breath & Being — 1:1 Single Session

A gentle hour to return to yourself.

This 60-minute private session offers space to pause, breathe, and settle.

Together, we’ll explore simple breath practices and gentle energy awareness to support regulation, presence, and clarity. Sessions are intuitive, responsive, and guided by what feels most supportive for you in the moment.
